Deltori Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

About this policy

This policy explains how Deltori.Pro (Deltori, we, or us) handles personal information in connection with Deltori marketing websites, account registration, customer portals, subscriptions, support, and connected applications. It applies to Deltori services on deltori.ai, deltori.pro, and their service subdomains.

If you use Deltori through your employer or another business, that organization may also control information associated with your account, sites, and equipment. Its own privacy policies and your agreement with it may also apply.

Information associated with our services

Account and contact information: your name, email address, company, phone number, and information you provide when signing up, requesting a quote, or contacting us.

Subscription and transaction information: selected products, billing details, subscription status, quotations, invoices, and related correspondence. Payment services, where enabled, also process information under their own privacy notices.

Technical information: information needed to operate and troubleshoot the website or application, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, login events, and service activity.

Connected-service information: where enabled by you or your organization, site assignments, equipment identifiers, usage records, and data submitted through connected features. The information involved depends on the features and integrations you use.

Third-party sign-in information: if you choose a supported sign-in provider, the account information you authorize that provider to share, such as an identifier, name, and email address. Your provider also handles information under its own privacy policy.

How information is used

Information is used to create and administer accounts; provide the features you request; manage subscriptions, quotes, and billing; respond to questions; troubleshoot problems; protect accounts and services; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Quote requests may be recorded in our customer relationship and lead-management systems, including a Deltori mailing list. Contact us if you do not want marketing communications. Account, billing, security, and service messages may still be necessary to provide your subscription.

Service providers and other disclosures

Deltori uses service providers to operate its services. These include Odoo for customer portal and business records, and Google/Firebase where used for application hosting or authentication. Other providers may support payments, email, or connected features when those services are enabled.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or as necessary to protect legal rights. Your organization may have access to information associated with the accounts and services it administers.

Providers and authorized personnel may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable privacy requirements and any relevant contractual protections depend on the service and location involved.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites and applications use cookies or similar technologies where needed for functions such as sessions, login, preferences, and shopping carts. Any analytics or other optional technologies depend on the website and enabled settings.

Use the cookie controls provided on the relevant website, where available, and your browser settings to manage cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, cart, or other service features from working.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the service relationship, and applicable accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution requirements. Closing an account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for those purposes.

No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your passwords and API keys, and contact Deltori if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Use the contact option below for requests or to stop marketing communications. Include the email address associated with your account and describe your request. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive information. Identity verification may be needed before a request can be fulfilled, and legal exceptions may apply.

If your organization manages your Deltori account, contact its administrator as well. Requests involving information controlled by that organization may need to be handled by it. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.

Children and changes to this policy

Deltori is designed for business use rather than services directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through a Deltori service.

This policy may be updated as services or requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Review this page periodically for updates.
