We turn a live controller into something a maintenance lead can interrogate directly and get a real answer, fast. That same connection does more than diagnose. It reviews the logic and catches what a manual pass misses. It turns the operational data we are already gathering into plant-wide analytics worth acting on. One harness, three jobs: find the fault, review the code, and make the plant's own data useful.

We decided industrial diagnostics did not have to stay manual, and are going to prove it site by site, vertical by vertical. DeltoriPro sets the standard the category measures itself against — the reference every other tool gets compared to, and the first name in the room when a plant rethinks how it troubleshoots. Not the biggest name in the space. The one that changed how the work gets done.

DeltoriPro started inside a small controls business trying to serve as many customers as it possibly could. The constraint was never demand — it was duplication. Shane could not reproduce the level of work he does in a new hire fast enough to keep up with what the market was asking for. So the better path was to build the solution for the customer instead of trying to hire it.
The wider problem was consistency. Results across the market were mixed. Two plants could bring in two different integrators and get two different standards of work, and neither had any way of knowing in advance which one they were going to get.
DeltoriPro was created to solve that. We built a harness for AI to understand the automation process, the equipment in use, and how a senior Controls Technician would approach the problem. We focused on cost, on how it was delivered, and on where it would be used best.
Industrial plants have been running the same diagnostic playbook for thirty years. Something stops. Someone with the right experience walks over, pulls up the logic, and traces it rung by rung until the fault reveals itself. When that person is on shift, it takes twenty minutes. When they are not, it takes four hours, or it takes a phone call to somebody three hours away.
The control system already knows what is wrong. Every input, every timer, every interlock, every fault bit is sitting right there in the controller. The problem was never a lack of information, it was that reading it required a specific kind of experience that fewer and fewer people have, and that no plant can staff around the clock.
So we built something that does the heavy lifting, bridges the experience gap, and works for the experienced tech and the developer just as well as the operator. DeltoriPro reads the live controller on request, understands the logic the way an experienced hand would, and answers the question the floor is actually asking: what is wrong, and what do I do about it.
We are based in California, and we build for the whole automation field — anywhere a controller is running a process, in any industry, at any scale. No corners cut. Feedback taken seriously. A standard we set ourselves.

Shane Dickerson has spent more than a decade in controls integration, commissioning and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley systems inside sawmills, planer mills, and forest products operations across the Pacific Northwest.
The story was always the same. A line goes down at 2 a.m. The HMI shows a fault code nobody recognizes. The operator calls maintenance. Maintenance calls the lead. The lead calls Shane at home. Forty minutes of production is gone before anyone finds the right rung.
After hundreds of those conversations with controls staff across the industry, the pattern was undeniable. The answer was always inside the PLC. Nobody on shift could get to it.
